Resilient Futures through Foresight
AFG works with people and organisations who have an idea, capability or opportunity they want to take further. We help develop and position it, shape the story around its value, build support, bring the right people together and create the path to market, investment or implementation.
We use foresight to look ahead, focusing on opportunities that build capability, strengthen resilience and create lasting economic, social and environmental value for a more sustainable future, on-world and off-world.
Advancing what’s next.
Current Focus
National climate adaptation governance and sovereign climate intelligence
Space industry development and commercialisation
Orbital compute, sovereign data and resilient infrastructure
Our work spans strategic positioning, narrative leadership, market shaping, consensus building and pathway development.
AFG brings together sectors and disciplines around innovative ideas, technologies, and capabilities that can revolutionise industries and systems. By applying design-led systems thinking, we analyse the broader system, recognise connections and dependencies, and foster sustainability, resilience, and lasting value in the outcomes.
Based in Australia, AFG works globally, focusing on the Indo-Pacific. We draw on established relationships across government, industry, research and investment to open doors, build partnerships and connect across markets.
Independent. Agile. Cross-sector. Systems-led.
Strategic Signals → Foresight → Opportunity Timing → Stakeholder Alignment → Systems Design → Coordinated Implementation → Enduring Capability
